If you like any vehicle, please click Get a Quote Button we will receive your enquiry and will reply you back via email with complete pricing or you can click on or Buy Now Button to reserve and buy your vehicle on your own. A dedicated car export sales staff will be assigned to you, you can contact them by Email, Phone, Whatsapp, Line, Skype etc. They are ready to answer all your questions about the vehicles.

If you agree with the CIF price, request for Proforma Invoice (P/I). Proforma Invoice is official document inviting you to proceed with the purchase. Upon issuance of Proforma invoice, vehicle will be placed on hold till the due date mentioned.

Once you receive Invoice, kindly reply us back acknowledging the receipt. Check your details and advise if any corrections are needed. Vehicle complete details with Price breakdown and our Company official details will be all printed on invoice. For your payment, our Bank Account details are mentioned on invoice.

You can proceed with payments, account details are printed on invoice. Once funds are transferred please email or fax or upload your document in your member portal with TT Copy / Payment proof. Upon receipt, we will reply you back confirming the sale. To save as much time as possible, we will get on with grooming, reconditioning and complete service of the vehicle. Ensuring once payment shows up, vehicle is all ready for export.

Upon receipt of funds in our account, an Official Commercial Invoice will be emailed confirming payment has received well. We will then confirm the shipment. Booking confirmation with Vessel details, ETA and EDD will be emailed to preplan yourself also it will be uploaded on your member portal to keep you updated. If your country requires inspection, we will proceed with inspection.

Two days prior to vessel departure, vehicle will be packed in container / RORO Vessel. Once vessel sails our shores, a Confirmatory Email will be sent to you confirming vehicle has departed from the UK, Japan, Thailand, and Singapore, Dubai or Korean shores well and it is on the way to you.

We will prepare and arrange vehicle documents for you. Documents will have Original Bill of Ladings, Official Vehicle De Registration Certificate, Original Commercial/ Sales Invoice and if your country requires Inspection Certificate will be sent. If you require any additional documents, kindly let us know in advance so we can prepare same.

Shipping company will send us Original Bill of Ladings in 3 to 4 days after the ship’s departure. We will email you scan copy of all documents for reference. Originals will then be couriered using first class courier service. Our office will duly email you with track and trace number of parcel for easy online tracking.
